Policies

 

Shop Warranty

Any work that we perform in our shop is backed by a 12month/12,000mile warranty! *Does NOT apply to jobs that you have supplied your own parts for. 

NON-TRANSFERABLE - Warranty is for the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY

 

CP3 Warranty

Engineered Diesel Super Stock 10mm & 12mm: 2yr/unlimited mileage

Engineered Diesel Improved Stock: 1yr/unlimited mileage

Covers manufacturer defects and faulty workmanship.

NO refund or warranty will be given for any CP3 that has been tampered with in anyway (i.e. - disassembling, removing any parts, etc.)

DOES NOT COVER FAILURE DUE TO BAD FUEL, DIRTY INSTALL, ETC.  ALSO NOT COVERED: damage due to water, gasoline, or other contaminants in the fuel. Operating any CP3 on any fuel other than commercially available petroleum diesel including biodiesel and any homemade blends may result in jeopardizing the warranty.

 

Injector Warranty

NO refund or warranty will be given for ANY injector that has been tampered with in anyway (i.e. - disassembling, removing any part of the injector, changing nozzles, etc.)

 

Cummins Injectors: 1yr/unlimited mileage warranty, unless otherwise specified. Covers manufacturer defects and faulty workmanship. DOES NOT COVER FAILURE DUE TO DEBRIS IN THE INJECTOR, BAD FUEL, DIRTY INSTALL, FAILED FEED TUBES, ETC.  ALSO NOT COVERED: damage due to water, gasoline, or other contaminants in the fuel. Operating any injector on any fuel other than commercially available petroleum diesel including biodiesel and any homemade blends may result in jeopardizing the warranty. If the injectors are being replaced due to contaminated fuel, the feed tubes must be replaced. All customers are highly advised to use Stanadyne performance formula diesel fuel additive!** 

 

Use NEW Bosch Feed Tubes or Warranty is Void:

Cummins Common Rail Engines 2003-Present Due to the high failure rate of low quality off-brand and rebuilt feed tubes, we cannot back warranties unless reliable NEW BOSCH feed tubes are used. If any other feed tube is used, your warranty is void. We only sell NEW BOSCH feed tubes, so you may purchase your feed tubes from us or a vendor of your choice.

 

 

Product Warranty 

Many of the products we sell include a manufacturer warranty. If you wish to make a warranty claim on a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer.

Some products include our warranty. This will be stated in the product description.

Product warranty covers cost of original parts purchased ONLY. 

 



Returns Policy

 

NO returns on electronic components.

NO returns on custom parts.

Products that we stock may be returned UNOPENED within 30 days for a full refund (you may call to check if the item is one that we keep in stock or if it has a restocking fee.) We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

 

SHIPPING: We do NOT refund shipping. Orders with free shipping will be refunded minus our original shipping costs.

 

RESTOCKING FEE: Because we cannot stock every part that we sell, some of our products have a 20% restocking fee unless it is a result of our error. Make sure that your order is correct before completing it. If you are not sure if a product has a restocking fee or if you are ordering the correct part, do not hesitate to call, email, or ask us via live chat.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 


Shipping 

 

Parts Needed ASAP! - If you need a part by a certain date, let us know. Simply leave a note with your order when you checkout online letting us know what you need by what date . If it cannot happen, then we will contact you. We can also break up your order and send a portion of it ahead of the rest. Additional shipping charge may apply.

 

If you choose Express Next Day Air or Express 2nd Day Air, PLEASE check availability of product first. 

We are not responsible for Express shipping on items not in stock or backordered.  Feel free to call us to check availability of any item you may need shipped Express.

**We offer FREE SHIPPING on many products. These products will be shipped Standard Priority Mail. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you will be required to pay full price for shipping. When placing your order make a note in your order that you would like to upgrade your shipping and call 1-616-892-8204 to upgrade your shipping.

 

All orders placed on Weekends or AFTER 4pm EST will begin processing the following business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL:

DUTY FEES: Online shipping quotes do NOT include brokerage or duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying any brokerage and duty fees.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping for online orders is restricted to North America. If you are outside of North America, please contact us by phone to place your order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

 

Core Policy

 

REQUIRED: You must choose to either pay your core charge at the time of purchase or waive your core charge and mail us your cores first. 

US Orders: Core charge will be refunded if core is returned within 30 days of ship date.

CANADIAN Orders: Core charge will be refunded if core is returned within 60 days of ship date.

 

If you have chosen to waive the core charge, mail them to the following address

Your product wil be shipped to you after we receive your cores.

 

IMPORTANT!

Drain as much fluid as possible. Package your core so as to prevent puncture of packaging.

Engineered Diesel, UPS, Fed Ex, and the US Postal Service will NOT tolerate fluid contamination of other packages.
